All paintings are taken back to studio post event and may take up to 12 weeks to complete.
All finished paintings may be eligible for local pick up in Brisbane or will be posted with utmost care. Custom framing packages are extra, optional and optimal for postal delivery.
All bookings are confirmed with a 20% non-refundable deposit.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
So, you've booked for a Live painting! Congrats!
What happens now?
Design Consultation
The first step of a live painting is deciding what moment you want captured.
or a wedding, some options include the ceremony, the first kiss, walking down the aisle, post-ceremony photo session, first dance at the reception - you name it. We'll also be discussing the exact canvas size, orientation and colour scheme of the painting so the artwork will turn out exactly how you'd like.
This consultation can be in person, online or via phone, and is used so we can all get on the same page before the big day; details about the where, when and who should be locked in via this session. The full fee will need to be settled before the event day or additional charges/no service may apply.
On the Day
With all the details leading up to the day locked in, you don't have to do a thing. I'll turn up with all equipment in tow and begin the painting autonomously, It is a completely mobile set up, and I will liaise with venue staff keep you stress free on the day. I'll photograph the exact moment we discussed and location and use those images to set up your artwork, and continue to use them as reference throughout the live painting.
Throughout the event you and your guests can mingle with me and watch the artwork unfold in real time.
Before departing the location, I'll touch base with you and then take the artwork back to the studio for further touch ups.
Post Event Touch Ups
In the studio, I'll be perfecting the artwork as needed and checking in with your vision to get it looking exactly right. This process can take up to 12 weeks to finalise. When all parties are happy and the final touch ups are done, the painting will be sealed with a premium satin varnish for longevity and to protect and seal the paint onto the canvas.
Painting Delivery
Getting the finished painting to you is the final step of the process and depending on location, local pick up or delicate delivery/postal service will be needed. Depending on the size of the artwork and location of the delivery address, additional fees may apply - this may be discussed in the very first consultation stage too so there are no nasty surprizes.
FAQ
CAN YOU PAINT AN EVENT I'VE ALREADY HAD?
Absolutely. I have the ability to recreate any memory with photo reference and can add in any specifics to create the exact composition you had in mind.
I'm NOT SURE WHAT I WANT... WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Indecision happens to the best of us. Even if the design consultation stage doesn't land us on some hard answers do not fret! As an experienced artist I can guide you to a design that will suit. Multiple design consults can take place if necessary.
MY EVENT WAS CANCELLED? WHAT NOW?
In the event of a cancellation, the live painting can be rescheduled at no extra charge or can be used as a credit towards a studio recreation.
WILL YOU COME TO MY LGBTQ+ EVENT?
Hell yes - as a fellow queer human, I support and celebrate people of any walk of life.
The RAUNCHY ROYALE - WHY IS THAT DIFFERENT?
This particular live painting session or studio recreation is of an adult nature - 18+ only! The painting subject will be of a naughty or nude nature and may be done with the model present (and presently nude!) or not. All paintings of this nature will be handled with care and discretion, and must be carried out with the consent of all parties present. Enquire within for a specific quote.
CAN YOU FRAME THE ARTWORK FOR ME?
Yes - of course additional fees apply but absolutely! We can discuss this before booking or in the design consultation.
WILL YOU COME TO MY EVENT, EVEN IF ITS INTERSTATE?
Yes I do interstate events! This is pending my bookings calendar and if flights/accommodation are still available around the dates and in the area of the event. All travel expenses will be calculated on a case by case basis.
Do you Paint things other than canvases?
Yes! If you have a specific idea for your event, let me know! Whether thats decorations, signs, or even the shoes of the bride to be - see above for these gorgeous floral pumps I did recently.
CAN YOU PAINT IN EXTRA PEOPLE?
Of course! Each package has an indication of how many people will be incorporated into the final painting. We can discuss a bespoke quote if you would like to include many people/figures into the artwork.
